What's included in your event?
Once you have registered on an event you can expect the following to be included.
Prior to you going on your event:
- My Events portal, which helps with any questions you have relating to your preparation.
- Online information pack that provides details on your itinerary, equipment needs, FAQs, advice with fundraising and event add-on options
- Information relating to your training needs and preparations
- Public liability insurance
When you're on your event:
- For overseas events your return flights to and from the UK
- Carbon offset the CO2 emissions from your flights in partnership with Climate Care
- In-country transport as outlined in the event itinerary
- English speaking support team who will be responsible for guiding and transporting you in country
- Qualified first aid staff and first aid medical supplies for outdoor events
- GB Charity Events T-shirt
- Entry fees for national parks and points of interest listed in the itinerary
- Drinking water and three meals a day whilst undertaking the challenge activity, unless otherwise noted in the itinerary
- Accommodation for one night prior to and after the event challenge
- Customer support prior to, during and after the event
