As a customer it is important to us that when you book with GB Charity Events you can be completely confident and happy that there are no unforeseen added costs after you have registered. With regards to air taxes we include all known taxes at the time of booking to avoid additional costs at a later date.
Air taxes for our calculations include APD, airport taxes and government taxes as well as an approximate cost of fuel in advance to ensure the price that is published is ultimately the price that you pay and not anything extra.
However it should be noted that it is conceivable that in between the time of estimation of costs and the date of your adventure the price of air taxes may well rise. If this is the case then GB Charity Events will meet any rise in cost up to an initial £30. Should taxes rise by greater than this amount then we will have to pass on this increased cost.
